TONE Athletic Performance & Professional Fitness is owned and operated by Jacque Albus. We offer a wide range of services, from high intensity classes and group training, to personal training, to customized nutrition coaching.

Jacque Albus is a certified personal trainer, a practitioner with the world-reknowned CHEK Institute, and a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach. Jacque is also proud to be an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.

Jacque specializes in personal training, corrective exercise, fat loss and athletic performance. She is also a certified sports nutritionist, holistic lifestyle coach, and Level 2 Poliquin BioSignature practitioner. She is passionate about teaching her clients to be healthy on both the inside and the outside.

After spending a lifetime of educational and physical pursuits as an attorney, CPA, FBI agent, athlete and classical ballet dancer, Jacque founded TONE Athletic Performance & Professional Fitness, LLC to finally focus on her true passion. The mission of TONE is to educate, motivate, and inspire clients. TONE clients include people of all ages and abilities, from high school athletes to rehab patients to hard core fitness enthusiasts. So whether you are looking to get strong and lean, rehabilitate post-injury, excel in sports, or to simply feel amazing and healthy, Jacque and TONE will help you achieve your goals effectively and efficiently, and will support you every step of the way.

Meet the Trainers

Stowe Jones

Stowe has been a fixture in the St. Louis health and fitness community since 2010.  He attended Southeast Missouri State University, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.  At TONE, Stowe enjoys teaching classes and high intensity group sessions, as well as small group personal training and one-on-one private training.

Kristin Obert

Kristin has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Her goal is to help others tap into their potential and reach their goals. Kristin loves running, resistance training, Olympic lifting, and interval-based training. She is an ACE certified personal trainer, and holds numerous specialty certifications. Kristin is a firm believer in making physical activity FUN!

Julie Sontag

Julie is a proud member of the TONE team, and has been in the health and fitness field since 2004.  She attended Ball State University’s cutting-edge School of Kinesiology where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine.  Julie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, which many consider the gold standard in strength and conditioning.  Julie also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Education from Lindenwood University.
