Available for 50-minute sessions. Private training is recommended for individuals who desire a customized training program, whether for corrective exercise, strength gains, general fitness, or athletic performance. Semi-private training sessions are also available.
Small group training sessions are limited to 8 people, and last for 30 minutes. Small group training is an efficient, effective, and fun way to train. Sessions focus on circuit training, strength training, and interval work. The small group training schedule is available on the Schedule page.

You will receive a customized report of your high priority areas, along with a nutrition and lifestyle plan to get you happy, healthy, and on your way to achieving your goals. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching can be done in person or via telephone/online consultations.

All functional training and corrective work should start with this scientifically based analysis of your individual strengths, imbalances, and function. This assessment is highly recommended for all clients at all levels of training, and is mandatory for any client with spinal pathologies or other injuries.
